Windsor Public Library
Anyone who will be homebound for at least three months may register with Accessibility Service and receive on a regular basis, personally selected library materials. If you have a family member or a friend who will pig up a bag full of materials, we will select, check out, and send to the nearest branch. Delivery, provided by volunteers, can be arranged if needed.
