Keep the Heat Energy Assistance Program: Windsor Social Services
Keep the Heat is an emergency assistance program providing funding for heat and energy for those experiencing financial difficulties and/or in receipt of a notice of termination of utilities. Administers provincially funded programs related to homelessness, including the Rent Bank and Energy Emergency Program for persons and families of low income who are in imminent danger of eviction due to rental or utility arrears.

Provincial Rent Bank Program
The Rent Bank Program is available to low income tenants who, due to emergency or unforeseen circumstance, are in short-term arrears and facing eviction.
